ANSWER:
Most of the items listed on our website is in stock with us,if in item is not in stock our local suppliers most like does have stock, it is a very rare occurrence that neither us,nor our suppliers have stock.

All orders over R500 qualify for free courier.

If the item i ordered is faulty or wrong how do i return it?
ANSWER:
If the item is faulty, or we sent the wrong item, kindly contact us and we will arrange to have it collected by our couriers at our expense. However if the wrong item was ordered by the customer, the customer shall be liable for the shipping costs back to us.

What happens if I place an order during weekends or public holidays?
ANSWER:
If you place an order the day before or during public holiday and weekend, please allow 2 or 3 additional working days for the delivery of your parcel. Please note that if the collection date indicated in your shipment confirmation email falls on a Public Holiday, your delivery shall be expected on the next working day. Please note that the information given acts as a guideline only. Please refer to the last delivery confirmation email which confirms that your order has been received in store before coming to the store to pick up your parcel.
